Much of Jonathan’s ambition to create films is rooted in his belief that the language of film communicates directly to the soul of the viewer.
Jonathan tends to have a very hands-on approach towards much of his work which has led him to both direct & DP visually-distinctive branded content and commercial work for clients such-as; Nike, National Geographic, Cadillac, ACLU, Samsung, Pfizer, Gap, Tiffany & Co., and many more. Jonathan's work has been featured in Adweek, Huffington Post and Gizmodo and awarded at Cannes Lion, AICP, Adweek ARC Awards, LIA, Clio, Webby, Shorty, One Show, Creativity, PDN and Spikes Asia. His films have earned seven Vimeo Staff Picks that have racked up over 10 million views.
Nadav Kurtz is an award winning filmmaker whose work has shown at festivals such as Sundance, True-False, Sheffield, and has been showcased by The Criterion Channel, POV, the NYTimes Op-Docs and Sundance Doc Club, and has recently been shortlisted for an Oscar nomination.
His background as an editor prepares him to understand how each shot fits into an overall structure. His humbling nature can build relationships of trust with our characters, and his attention to detail can guarantee that we successfully maintain our visual thread of match shots through the narrative.
